Due to the lack of an informative portal, all inquiries would be handled manually by agents support staff via phone calls. Call scheduling was a time-consuming task, and each conversation would last more than a half hour. After providing information, customers were required to manually sign and submit physical documents, further delaying the application process. The phone support staff was using an outdated application with limited functionality.

Our Solution

Our solution included multiple applications that worked together to achieve a single goal: policy creation and maintenance.

  • A self-service online application portal assists applicants in filling out policy information; third-party integration assists in verifying users, medical history, and previous insurance claims.
  • The agent portal enables agents to create new requests, view existing policy details, and set up calls with new applicants for further process.
  • The administration portal handles administrative tasks, tracks agent commissions as well as records, and provides reports to upper¬†management for decision-making.
